Bike + Curb = Hospital Visit

Last night Matthew had a bicycle accident, just one of many. He called and said he split his head open and was going to the hospital. They put staples in it because they hold better. He didn't tell me that he scraped up the rest of his body. I was talking to him on skype and saw all the bandages and his knuckles were all yucky. Here are the pictures he sent me after he was all patched up.

He should have come with a warning label at birth that said, "Keep this child away from bikes."

Are there any missions that they don't have to ride bikes? It will be a long two years for him on a bike. I better send extra pants.

He looks so sad!

His shirt should read, "I bleed when I ride bikes"

They did a nice job of cleaning and closing the wound. They didn't even shave his head.

Jordan hates bikes and prayed that he would be sent to a mission without them. Pray he goes to Mexico City... they don't let the missionaries ride them there. :)

Send him to Holland! It's the land of the bikes, and we didn't even have to wear helmets there!
