On October 31st, Jacob's team had to play a team they already beat earlier on, but this time the came counted towards district standings. This team is our district rival so to beat them twice would be nice and that's exactly what they did!!
The day before the game, we had goodie bags for each of the boys. The local Whataburger gave us bags and a coupon for a free Whataburger for each boy!! I bought Gatorade and a mom made some cute cookies and and a cute candy bag. There were a few other thing also. The boys were very excited to get these after practice.

On to the big game. The first time we played this school it was on our field, now we had to play them on their home turf, but stilled pulled out a win, which made us District Champions. We still had one more game to play, but this win clinched the deal. Jacob had a super game, probably one of his best defensive games in a long time. Jacob also got his #18 jersey, the maroon one disappeared, so he wears #28 in maroon.
