Texas High School Football Playoffs

Our HS football team made it to the second round of the playoffs on November 24th. We got to play at Reliant, that's where the Texans play. Unfortunately we lost, but with all the basketball in our lives it is one less thing to worry about. If i had a son playing, I'm sure I would feel different.

Thanksgiving 2012

We were very excited to have all the kids home for Thanksgiving!! It's been 3 years since we've all been together. The girls did their annual 5K Turkey Dash and the guys played in the Turkey Bowl. Afterwards, the girls cleaned up, I started the turkey and the boys went swimming. All these activities were possible thanks to Houston weather in November.

Matthew and Brittney flew in on November 21st for Thanksgiving. On our way home from the airport we stopped at our favorite place, Pappasito's. It was yummy!!

Sorry I have been slacking! Basketball has taken over our lives, not to mention getting ready for Christmas and just having Thanksgiving. Lots of pictures to share from basketball and Thanksgiving, just have to get them together or should I say get myself together.

Off and running with basketball

Jacob had his first high school basketball game last night. I missed it since I was at the school with Makenzie for her cannon project and she had a game at home. Dale went to Jacob's game and he said he did well and play most of the game. They won!! Since I was not there I have no pictures and his games will be at the same time Makenzie plays so Dale and I will have to take turns watching them play. I did get a shot of the 2 together when we got home last night.
